This is not a fancy or polished blog. These are words that came to me today and they are written, without edits. They are simply the thoughts I wanted to share with you today. A reflection of how far I have come and perhaps an insight into why I do the work I have chosen to do.
I used to live my life in constant fear.
- Fear of dying.
- Fear of exclusion.
- Fear of judgement.
- Fear of not fitting in.
- Fear of the unknown.
- Fear of being left behind.
- Fear of making a mistake.
- Fear of not measuring up.
- Fear of not being good enough.
- Fear of ….. etc., etc., etc.
When people gave me a compliment I would feel like a fraud. I would try and talk them out of how they saw me. Convince them they were wrong.
My heart was constantly racing, my stomach full of butterflies, and I was always looking over my shoulder in a world that felt unsafe.
I have been asked again and again, at my age, why am I starting over.
Because supporting others to the others side of their pain does not feel like work to me.
Allowing them to lie on my massage table and relax, take time for themselves, does not feel like work to me.
Holding space and being there to cheer them on as they set goals and achieve them does not feel like work to me.
My life is full. I am excited to support personal transformation in others. Individuals gain freedom as they blast through the limiting beliefs, fears, and sadness that have kept them stuck. With my support, along with their actions, they are set free. My energy expands and watching this process evolve brings me tremendous joy!
Today I live my life from a place of peace.
- Peace of love.
- Peace of trust.
- Peace of living.
- Peace of safety.
- Peace of leading.
- Peace of inclusion.
- Peace of acceptance.
- Peace of confidence.
- Peace of owning my authenticity.
- Peace of knowing I am more than enough.
- Peace of ….. etc., etc., etc.
When you face your past, dig deep, and reconnect to your authentic self, the self that lives at your very core, you fall in love with yourself.
The world will always meet you in exactly the place you see yourself. It does not discriminate and therefore it is up to us to decide what this place looks like. When you choose you….the real you…..the world will always rise up to meet you in this place.
Life changes. Everything changes.
It is the way life is supposed to be.
You cannot discover this gold on your own. It is impossible to create something new from the place that has created your status quo. It requires hard, mental work, and the support of someone who has taken the journey before you. Together, as a team, change begins to happen, to accelerate.
I am your example that life can be different. That you can rise up above your current situation and create something magical.
The universe will match your intention, your thoughts, and your emotions. When you are living from a place of true authenticity, not trying to be the person others need you to be, but living from the essence of who you are, you will attract the happiness, growth, love, and abundance vibration. You will learn to live in gratitude for all you have.
The release of antiqued beliefs and attitudes allows you to choose what you would like instead.
I have enthusiastically claimed my power!
I joyfully offer my services for the greatest and highest good of all involved.
I am grateful for the abundance I have in my life.
